Event Booking, Advance & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to all client bookings with CrewX Event. Dates and resources are reserved only after the required advance is credited.

Advance Payment Requirement

To officially secure the dates, logistics, and production for any event, a mandatory 60% to 70% advance payment of the total quoted budget must be cleared. Dates and resources will not be blocked or reserved until this payment is credited to CrewX Event.

No Back-Out & Forfeiture Policy

Once an event is confirmed and the advance is paid, the client cannot back out without financial penalties.

Cancellation Charges (7+ Days Out)

If the event is canceled by the client 7 days or more prior to the event date, 50% of the advance amount will be retained by CrewX Event to cover administrative and vendor booking costs.

Cancellation Charges (Within 72 Hours)

If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, 100% of the advance payment shall be non-refundable and forfeited.

Postponement Protocol

Any request to reschedule an event is subject to availability of venue, production gear, and manpower. Additional mobilization fees may apply.
