Talent Engagement & No Back-Out Agreement

Applicable to all Models, Actors, Hostesses, Promoters, Volunteers, and Event Staff engaged by CrewX Event.

Strict No Back-Out Commitment

By accepting an event assignment, date, and payout rate from CrewX Event, you explicitly agree not to back out, cancel, or fail to show up for the event.

Emergency Window Rules

In the absolute case of a severe medical or personal emergency, written proof/documentation must be submitted to the project coordinator at least 48 hours before the event setup time.

Blacklisting & Defaulter Penalties

Failing to show up (No-Show) or backing out at the last minute without a verified emergency will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from the CrewX Event database nationwide. Any current or pending payouts for previous gigs will be withheld/forfeited to recover the financial damages caused by sourcing an emergency replacement vendor.

Professional Code of Conduct

Punctuality is critical. Arriving late or violating the designated event dress code/uniform will lead to an immediate deduction from the day's payout or termination from the site.
